Island Edu is a free directory of private schools, nurseries, and children's activities in Cyprus. It helps parents discover and compare education options in one place. The service is free to use for parents.

2. For schools listed on Island Edu

  • Basic listing data is seeded from public Cyprus Ministry of Education records. This information is publicly available.
  • Schools can claim their listing and update it with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Once you claim your listing, you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you add or edit.
  • Island Edu is not liable for any decisions made by parents or third parties based on the information in your listing.

3. For parents using Island Edu

  • Listings are provided for informational purposes only. They are not endorsements or recommendations.
  • Always verify details — including fees, availability, and contact information — directly with the school before making any decisions.
  • Island Edu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

4. Acceptable use

When using Island Edu, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
  • Create fake or misleading accounts.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Island Edu and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Island Edu and are protected by copyright law.

School listing data is sourced from publicly available Cyprus Ministry of Education records. Schools may request removal or correction of their listing at any time by contacting us at lmolloy.molloy@gmail.com.

6. User generated content

By uploading photos, logos or descriptions to Island Edu, schools grant Island Edu a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of anything you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

Island Edu does not claim ownership of any content uploaded by schools.

7. Changes to the service

We may update these terms or change the service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Island Edu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
